Uneek Bags – Refund & Returns Policy

Each Uneek Bag is made to order, printed and assembled especially for you. As such, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect sizes, or custom preferences once an order has been placed.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

• A clear description of the issue

• Photos of the product and packaging

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
